Flash BIOS

1.Download a new BIOS for your motherboard, I recommend you download BIOS only from the manufactores of the motherboard. Download and unpacke the .zip fiel , content (mostly of *.EXE; *.BIN *.TXT files), you can copy the content on your computer or on a floppy disc (on floppy put only *.EXE & *.BIN files) from whitch you would have to eventually delete some unusefull files (whitch aren’tnessesary for the boot).

2.Make, Download ( http://www.bootdisk.com/ ) Boot disc, be sure that the floppy is working well!

3.BIOS change Boot setting – set for to PC to boot from Floppy. Insert boot floppy.

4.When it boot’s, there will show a A:\> , if you’ve copyed BIOS on a floppy, from it execute the copyed *.EXE (in this case AWDFLASH.EXE) A:\> AWDFLASH.EXE hit enter. With this you’ve executed “Flash utility”. It almost tell you on what work you have to do, first it ask’s you to save the new BIOS, then under which name does the BIOS stay(bio.bin)-Next step to the endof Flashing (under no sircumstance you musn’t turn off or restart your computer-because the damage will be very bad).

5.When the Flash process is done, restart your computer, take out the diskete. If you’ve succssesfully flashed BIOS, system will recognize the new BIOS. Go in BIOS and set your needed options (if there in a mess up).
Notice: If you don’t have specific BIOS problems or hardware don’t execute flash BIOS beacause it’s a other issue and it’s very not recommended and If will cost you!
