Marko: Heya Karen!
Karen: hi there. :)

Marko: For our reader’s could you tell something about yourself? (year old and other stuff)
Karen: Well, i am 25 years old. i am a bachelor in social work living in holland.

Marko: How are you doing these days?
Karen: working with demented people in a nursing home

Marko: When did you first encounter a keyboard or computer?
Karen: via my boyfriend julien. i think it was in ‘98?

Marko: What is your favorite art work /website!?
Karen: www.fromamouth.com

Marko: when you launched hodur.com are you happy with the result of the site?
Karen: well, my site is pretty young. i launched it in august this year. there is always stuff that can be optimized. but for now, it’s fine. i don’t have very high standards. :P

Marko: What do you do in your spare time (I do realize that spare time, in this context, is pretty relative)?
Karen: I spend with my boyfriend julien, take photos, make paintings, hang around (!!), and spend time with other friends (on and offline)

Marko: Do you have a favorite drink? How much of it do you drink?
Karen: herbtea (at the moment: rooibos) i drink loads of it. appr. 2 liters per day.

Marko: Would you care to give us a brief overview of what a typical day is like for Karen Coenraads Nederveen?
Karen: a typical weekday?
well,..
get up at 06:30,
biking to work at 07:45,
work from 08:00 to 17:00.
home at 17:50.
dinner at 18:00.
then chill (on and offline)
and off to bed at around 22:00.

Marko: Who are some of your biggest influences?
Karen: nature

Marko: Is your background in design?
Karen: What was the progression into web development and design like? How did that take place and why? no, i do not have a creative background.

Marko: If you where not a designer/programmer what would you be?
Karen: i would like to be a freelance artist… haha

Marko: How do you like our site mcville.net?
Karen: it’s quite nice really.

Marko: If you could change something on the site what would it be?
Karen: don’t really know. i like it like this.

Marko: What kind of music do you fancy?
Karen: ehm,...i am a big fan of björk, i also like múm, hooverphonic, sigur rós and loads of other bands. :)

Marko: What’s your favorite food?
Karen: italian

Marko: Where do you get out on Saturday’s?
Karen: a local bar.
